So.... What are Padparadscha Sapphires?

So.... What are Padparadscha Sapphires?

Happy Friday!
It's the best of time to forget all the things you've faced this week and have a fabulous weekend!  We get to dress up playing with fashion which you wouldn't wear for weekdays and chill out with your friends.
But the recurring question many of you may have is, "which jewelry should I wear?"
For those of you who want to feel "special" during the weekend, here is our paparadscha saphires in 18k gold earings, "Flavier", the most unique and exotic gem stone ever.

Why so special?

I guess many of you know that the color of saphires are blue.  But Padparadscha sapphires are a special variety of gem stones, featuring very delicate color which is a mixture of red and yellow.

Sri Lanka is the original locality for padparadscha. Stones from this area is often heat-treated and this is done at fairly low temperatures (1200°C and below) and such heat treatment is not always detectable.  Padparadscha sapphires are considered among the most beautiful and valuable of the corundum gems.

So ladies, what will you be wearing tomorrow?
